The objective at Trinity is to combine the three disciplines of Personal Training, Strength & Conditioning and Physiotherapy (Therapeutic Exercise) to provide a holistic health and wellbeing service that helps you achieve your health, fitness and sporting goals.
We offer a bespoke service that is catered to your needs whether you are new to exercise, have a health need or if you are a hoping to achieve peak performance in your sports.
We also offer tailor made group exercise programs. Group exercise is fun, exciting and cost effective.
Increasing levels of physical activity has been shown to help reduce coronary heart disease and obesity, hypertension, depression and anxiety. Even relatively small increases in physical activity can protect against chronic disease and improve quality of life. Physical activity can help all of us to lead healthier and even happier lives, irrespective of age.
The exercise for health program is aimed specifically at clients who have a health condition and those who want to take up exercise to improve their health but are not sure where to begin. Therapeutic exercise has been proven to be a corner stone and an essential component for managing several conditions including:

- Arthritis
- Obesity
- Parkinsons
This service also extends to providing strength and conditioning services to special populations including:
The elderly, young and those with a diability.
We offer therapeutic exercise and rehabilitation advice and programs for individuals as well as sports teams.

Strength and Conditioning
Strength and Conditioning is the scientific use of resistance training and endurance conditioning required by athletes/sports people and sports teams to maintain, develop and facilitate performance. The fitness gained is specific to the needs of the individual athlete and sport. Strength and Conditioning is also an essential component to injury prevention.
A strength and conditioning programme will generally be concerned with improving one or more of the following factors
- Strength
- Power
- Stability and postural correction
- Reaction Time
